Routine bloodwork is performed based on orders provided by your physician and delivered to your preferred laboratory.

Service fees reflect mobile phlebotomy and professional specimen collection only and do not include laboratory testing, which is billed separately by the designated laboratory. Mileage and toll charges may apply for appointments outside the local service area. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. While laboratory testing fees are typically billed directly to your insurance by the laboratory once the specimen is delivered, our mobile phlebotomy services are billed separately. Clients will receive a professional, itemized invoice from Seacoast Vital Services that includes applicable diagnosis codes and venipuncture charges. This documentation allows clients to submit the invoice to their insurance provider for direct reimbursement, if eligible.

We respectfully request that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee. This policy helps ensure availability and allows us to continue providing timely, reliable care to all clients.
